Bill Spencer is a man accustomed to always getting what he wants. At the head of the empire he created, Spencer Publications, Bill is a publisher who loves power and success. A great friend of Stephanie's since childhood, with whom he had a brief flirt in his teens, Bill participated in the birth of Forrester Creations by financing the project and keeping for himself a very important share of its stock; moreover, thanks to his numerous fashion and costume magazines that he publishes, he has contributed to its success despite his historical antipathy towards Eric.
