1989 (#1) - Caroline's feelings for Ridge and Brooke's pregnancy

The news of Ridge's marriage proposal to Brooke has deeply shaken Caroline, who can no longer deny that she still has strong feelings for the man. And after months in which the topic has remained taboo, Caroline finally finds the strength to discuss their night of passion with Ridge. The girl acknowledged that although she was drunk, she was fully aware that in her bed with her was Ridge, the only man she has ever truly loved; and who she still loves today. Surprised and enraptured by these words, Ridge makes no declaration of love, but her eyes speak for him. But despite this, Ridge at the same time cannot deny that he now has a very strong bond with Brooke, a woman to whom he wants to remain devoted. They throw Ridge's bachelor party with a theme night and all the guests dressed as ancient Romans who enjoy watching Ridge and Brooke stage a mud wrestling match.
